I think you messed the genders up (CIV was 5th in the B Final in the W1X, for instance...and this can't give her any qualification spot)...

no I was looking at the semifinals (instead of the finals) for women's result. just fixed it but you were fast to catch my mistake

the rules are simple...only 1 boat per NOC can qualify (unless a NOC wins 2 events, which didn't happen), so all the other non winning boats from those NOCs must be "discarded" from the final rankings...
