Yep, there was definitely a budget for this opening ceremony

No drones and no AR, that’s enough to rate this ceremony with a high score

It doesn’t seem like the marathon is being broadcast in full anywhere 

 

A real shame considering the broadcast potential of a marathon lapping around Angkor Wat. I was looking forward to it.
