Yeah that sucks. Depending on how long fixing it takes, you could just ignore the results and watch it when your computer is back? The YouTube streams will presumably stay available..

No matter how hard I try and avoid it, the results always find a way to get spoiled for me. But ugh, for me it’s not as exciting when it’s not live.

Paralympics is a bit weird, results can easily change after protests

Iran finished the day with 1 bronze in throwing events but then all of sudden that bronze is now upgraded to silver and another 4th place finish is also upgraded to silver medal position ! so that's 2 silver medals instead of 1 bronze.

I'm afraid that was mostly at Poland's expense , which lost a gold medal and downgraded from silver to bronze in another event.

Which are the 2 events?

German football coach Jürgen Klopp cheered for his friend Wojtek Czyz, who used to play football and had to have his leg amputated after a serious injury. He is now a Paralympic badminton player competing in Paris 2024.

Since when are protests against people breaking rules (on purpose or not) a shameful, disgusting thing? :p

I mean, is it also disgusting and shameful to protest when a runner stepped across the line in a 200m for example?

A pillow? In disabled people sport? By how? For me this is sick. Sick sick sick.

I fell in love with sports.....since i first seen it

Women's Club Throw - F32 and Men's Shot Put - F55

I understand Roza Kozakowska disqualified in F32 Women's club throw due to faulty chair.

Why was Deric Nebojsa disqualified in F55 Men's shotput?

don't know the exact detail but our NPC claims they protested about his equipment which was successful (they also protested about the 2nd throw of Polish athlete which was annulled and decreased his result)

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
