I must say that, at least for Italy, I can understand the choice. As for the Olympics they dedicated a 24-hour channel to the Paralympics (Rai2)

Most of mentioned broadcasters will cover (i believe so) only a fraction of Games. So, little comfort that is.

If i remember correctly, all previous games were significantly less covered, mostly on replays.

RAI has been covering the Paralympics in their entirety for several editions, at Rio2016 they even sent cameras for the events not covered by the IPC. However, this is the first year that they are being followed on Rai2 - like the Olympics - and not on RaiSport.
