Wumo 3,001 Posted October 4, 2019 Author #224 Share Posted October 4, 2019 A very successful first step: 39 countries registered for TOISC 2019 in Denmark. October 04, 2019 - After two intense weeks of promoting 2019 TISC Open to the Totallympics community, the organizing committee can happily announce that it has received 39 entries, nominated by the same number of national juries composed of 48 jury members. This is currently the highest number of National juries and members since the successful 2018 TAISC in Brazil. The organizing committee is proud of this achievement, which includes return from 6 juries, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Sweden. We can also welcome a few new jury members to the TISC family and let us not forget that a certain amount of former jurors are back for 2019 TISC Open after they have missed one or more of the last editions of TISC. Next on schedule, is the voting process which starts tomorrow, with the host jury having to select their preferred entries. As usual, the host jury will send it votes to one or more neutral sources which will certify that the voting process is done in fairness. The deadline for the host jury is Tuesday, October 8th, 20:00 (CEST). Once this process has been completed, the remaining National juries will have to cast their own votes. This process will run for 10 days until Friday, October 18th, 22:00 (CEST). On that note, the playlist for 2019 TISC Open is now available: 2019 TOISC Playlist The playlist has also been placed in the first post of the thread. The organizing committee would recommend all jury members to already start listen to the entries now or as soon as possible. If there are any issues with one or more videos, you can write a post in this thread or write a PM to me, Wumo. Lastly, the organizing committee has done its best to bring attention to this year's contest, but it is aware that it couldn't have reached such an impressive number of participants without you, the Totallympics community. It is your interest and passion for TISC that makes this possible, so it is with the deepest gratitude that the organizing committee would like to thank you, the Totallympians, for your massive support for 2019 TISC Open in Denmark. Together we make it possible. #2019TOISC #TogetherWeMakeItPossible Olympian1010, Sindo, OlympicIRL and 1 other
