As expected, only Aussie archers got the required MQS and as such, went 1-2 in the individual rankings in both genders.

 

Other than that, Palau’s archers were better than those from other NOC’s recognized by IOC, except for  in men’s and  &  in women’s, so  a nice result for them.

 

So for the mixed team elimination rounds should look like this:

Looking at New Zealand's internal criteria, it is likely they will decline the quotas obtained either here or at the Oceania qualifier so that opens up a chance for a Pacific nation to qualify, possibly Fiji or Palau. Of course, New Zealand would have decline before the final qualification tournament for it to be reallocated to Oceania.

Only the Mixed Team Recurve winning team qualify 1 M and 1 W quotas here, right? The individual spots will be given at a different tournament if I am not wrong.

the 2 individual finals are played between and New Caledonia which is a French department.. how does it work for the 2 quotas?

I don't understand anything anymore, I saw that the final tomorrow will be vs. (French Polynésia)

Apparently Tonga beat second seed  in 1/4 and  (non olympic) in 1/2 to quialify to the final.

 was beaten by  (non olympic) in 1/2.

 

 

So, yes, in theory, Tonga has won the quota.
