What a match  

 

Brilliant legs, horrible legs...this was exciting  

 

I'm hoping for Wright - Van Barneveld in the final, although when purely looking at a quality final I'd go for Anderson - Van Gerwen..

First time there won't be an englishman in the 1/2 tonight. Hoping Barney repeats from last year, but it will probably be redemption for MVG. He will come out blazzing.

Agree with you on all fronts there  

 

What's your thought about Anderson - Wright? In my opinion Wright has deserved it more this year and he's definitely playing more consistent than Anderson even in this World Championships. Anderson on the other hand has way better "peaks": he can suddenly come and win 2 sets with 5-6 12darters, I don't see Wright doing that..

 

Basic, consistent level: Wright beats Anderson

When playing on their absolute best: Anderson beats Wright

If Wright doesn't crack under pressure like he usually does, i think he has a very good chance. I would say 51-49 in his favour.  But Ando at the Worlds is just something different, he has a great passion and digs very deep when it matters the most, which i think will help him even if he doesn't play at his best. Can't wait for the matches.

In terms of wanting a spectacular final I'm hoping for Anderson and Van Gerwen, because both can produce insane fireworks that I don't really see Wright and Van Barneveld do  

 

Apart from that, I'm just hoping for Van Barneveld and we'll see who he plays in the final
