New era not only for this forum :d but also for FIFA: congratulations for Mr Gianni INFANTINO the new president of F.I.F.A. :clap:elected by by the Extraordinary FIFA Congress held in Zurich on February 26th. He as the ninth FIFA President and was elected after the second ballot with 115 of 207 total votes.

Women's Olympics Qualification for last European spot (Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland) and for 2 spots AFC (Japan, China PR, Australia, Korea Republic, Korea DPR, Vietnam). Both mini tournaments are in progress.

AFC: begun with the win of AUstralia over Japan (3-1 :yikes: ) , China defeated Vietnam and a draw for Korean derby.

in day two, Australia has destroyed Vietnam (9-0), and others teams draw.

UEFA: good start for Netherlands and Sweden with a win.

North Korea has beaten Vietnam by 1 90th minute goal, Aus is leading half-time S.Korea 2-0 but....Japan is losing 0-1 with China half-time and is really in danger.

Sth has happened with Japanese woman`s football team, they have to wake up now
