I was taking a look at the MTB Olympic Rankings (which looks very unofficial so far, because the period of qualification starts on May 7th). Anyway, taking in consideration the current scenario we have those countries taking the quotas by ranking

 

 

Men

 

All those countries look safe for the quotas by ranking, so the event will be a good opportunity to  in order, the best ranked countries

 

Women

 

Those are safe...  are a little bit distant of TOP 19, and they are the contenders for it

Avancini and Vidaurre  both off the podium is a bit of a surprise. I figured at least one of them would find the podium, if not the quota.
