I am really surprised how many federations and athletes don’t know how all this ranking works ?

 

WT needs to start to publish “Real” Olympic ranking For the next cycle.

What a terrible day, all 3 Iranians had good start but ended up losing. and all 3 of them conceding big points on turning kicks.

 

but for Mardani it was very costly. he lost the Olympic quota now Grand Slam is his last chance and I'm not optimistic at all

 

these guys won the quota today, add that to the list from yesterday

yeeessssss!!!! Vito Dell'Aquila won for the first time in his career against Jang Jun (despite a clear attempt of robbery by the ref -penalizing Dell'Aquila for going out of the mat when it was a clear push by the Korean- and the judges -gifting the Korean of at least 5 punches that shouldn't have been awarded) and got his first Gold in the Grand Prix series...

now he can be considered a true medal contender for next year's Olympics...
