:SVK athlete will compete in a Diamond League event ! Now, that´s really quite something for us ! Gabriela Gajanová has been invited for the Athletissima meeting the 5th July in Lausanne. wow, congrats and Way to go Gabi :clap:

 

She will be the 10th Slovak athlete to compete in at least one Diamond League event.

49.19 (first sub-50) and another huge NR (coming from 50.24) for Aminatou Seyni :hyper: 

 

Second behind Naser though, good for my Fantasy Diamond Race :p

Indeed. Very nice.

 

Pitty she looked too nervous (which is natural ofc, at her 19 to be invited to this level is definitely not something usual for slovak athletes) she started too slowly, but her last 400m was really awesome to watch.

 

Real shame that the Olympic standard is so harsh...not sure she´ ll be able to reach such time.

Awesome debut indeed, although one question arises: is this going to count for Slovakia's Diamond League statistics? :p Because you know, technically she didn't compete in the Diamond League yet :d

Not sure I understand. Why ? it wasn´t a Diamond League race ?
