There will be no World Cup in Milano (ITA) due to economic and environmental reasons.

It's been moved to Livigno. 'Lovely' Livigno, where the world exists of nothing but Livigno

No Skiathlon in Lillehammer (NOR) due to lack of snow. As well competitions will be removed to the Biathlon Stadium:

The three competition days in Cross-Country see a change on Sunday, 4th December. The originally scheduled Skiathlon gets replaced with a 20km Mass Start in Classic technique due to the current snow situation and the needed course setting. 

All Cross-Country competitions will take place around the Biathlon venue that is located next to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium.
