Nope. I had this Problem as well.

Yeah, that was a general problem. The website exceeded the maximum storage space so I had to upgrade it to the following space Backups are extremely heavy because I want to avoid what happened in 2016, when we lost everything and we had to start the forum from scratch.

Some could not open the home page because it was "cached" by its browser, some other could open the forum from once device and not from others. Today should be fine for everyone anyway.
