I thought it might be fun to look at a single event from the same multi-sports games over time, so here's some comparative rankings from the Pan American Games (2007-2023).

3. 2022 Boliviaran Games - 10/13 (76.92%) [NOTE: unsure if lapping rules were in effect.]
