Luckily in Warsaw, where I live there was, so far, little rain and nothing bigger isnt expected, but southern part of country is in danger, some small riveres already create flood in small cities and villages.

Never seen in 30 years of life a horrible climate and a terrible quality of air in Brazil like this year.

 

All the country is burning and the simple act tô breath feels like smoking a cigarrette

"Flash flooding" can be a big issue in parts of the Western US as well.

Tomorrow's match in domestic league in volleyball between Resovia Rzeszów and Stal Nysa is postponed for 30th October due to team being unable to travel. You know it must be serious when indoor sport event is postponed by weather  Meanwhile a big wave reached first bigger city Kłodzko, where flood embankment broke and water entered to city center

Yeah, it's officially the biggest flooding in Poland since 1997 (I'm old enough to remember that one tough I don't live in the Lower Silesia region but in the nearby Upper Silesia).

Meanwhile in Nysa situation is similar where hospital is flooded and pregnant womens needs to be evaucated.
