South Korea has a new heat record. It was 40.0 degrees Celsius from 1942, today it was 40.7 degrees.

If I had to choose between the heat and the cold, I'd choose cold without any hesitation..

It's winter here in Brazil, and the city I live in, Joinville, is rainy and cold most of the year, so it's even colder (by our standards) now: 12 ºC.

I saw in Rio Grande do Sul it's even been freezing a little  I am so jealous 

 

Here it's 15 degrees at 06.30 and I'm having everything opened that can theoretically be opened to get as much of this inside before the air heats up again

44.8 degrees in Spanish region Extremadura (Navalmoral de la Mata) as the 'highlight' of today. If Europe's record is to be broken, tomorrow is the day..
