Ugh, that city looks scarily clean.

During the AIMAG some journalists actually had the opportunity to talk to some the people who clean the streets. They do their jobs super diligently during the night, and asked to be unseen by morning.

Not really likely to get back a minute in those two stages, but who knows :p

Filippo Zaccanti :ITAwas 67 th in stage 1and 60th in stage 2

Perry Benjamin :CAN  was 88 in stage 1 and 16 in stage 2

both dominated this stage 3 on mountain but they are weak on flat road  :sure:

You do know in a flat stage generally people lose a lot less time right? :p

But sure, if Reguigui does something he normally doesn't really do (like attacking in a sprint stage), and Zaccanti and Benjamin both have mechanical problems, and the attack actually makes it to the finish, and the gap is big enough, maybe Reguigui has a small chance for the final win then :d

If you are a sprinter you can't win too much general classification (unless if it isn't the Tour of Norway or other race like that)

    • Hope so (for my adopted country, Norway, that is). Torino 2006 was the first Winter Olympics I followed closely and it was nothing short of a disaster for Norway. Strangely enough, that was actually the reason I became an avid fan of Norwegian winter sports and have been ever since. As for my actual home country, Greece, a medal for Ginnis in slalom (alpine skiing) would be a miracle.

    • Women Gold-  Switzerland Silver-  Sweden Bronze-  Scotland   Paetz was on fire today, nothing Sweden could do about it. Hasselborg actually said in her post game presser for Sweden that the team didn’t play that bad, which I’d agree with.    Men Gold-  Germany  Silver-  Scotland Bronze-  Norway   Germany is really starting to establish theirselves as a medal contender for the upcoming World Championships and Olympics. Between them, Scotland, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, and maybe Norway/United States the battle for the medals will be exciting.    Shocked to see no  or  in the playoffs    Full Results
