The 2025 Canadian Track & Field Championships starts today at the Terry Fox Athletic Facility in Ottawa (July 30th – August 3rd). The Championships will serve as the selection trials for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Japan.

Checking the results again, Adam Nyarko also went sub 47 with 46.77. Promising sign for our future in the 400m.
