I think that we can count the SportAccord's federation, do you have other ideas? :)

Nope, that's exactly my idea, to still have basically every semi-serious sport, but avoid sports that have no international federation with more than 1-2 countries :p

.

Moldova won a gold in archery with Natalia Valeeva https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995_World_Archery_Championships

Use Google Translate and you'll see I don't count the architecture medal, much like the IOC :p

Also one might see India for example as piss-poor in terms of sports, seeing as they have literally more than a billion people yet barely perform better than most much smaller countries, but I specifically made the choice only for countries without official medals :p

Among the nations which have won medals, India, Pakistan, Indonesia and Nigeria are the most disappointing given the number of people compared to the number of medals achieved. Brazil has improved over the last few years, but I'm aware we're probably disappointing too.

And Majlinda Kelmendi won gold for :KOS Kosovo at 2013 judo world championships.

I am unashamed, at getting nothing done.

is Aruba :ARU still to be considered as a NOC? Isn't it part of the Netherlands like the Dutch Antilles?

I count as NOC the countries tha have a NOC... apparently in Aruba we have the Comité Olímpico Arubano

obviously, otherwise some of the nations stated above shouldn't be considered. I just though that also Aruba was "adsorbed" by :NED  :)

Aruba was independent from Netherlands Antilles since 80's or sth like that. Their NOC was formed before the regulations introduced in the early 90s.
