Filippo Ganna will attack Dan Bigham's world hour record (55.5 km or so) Saturday evening in Switzerland. He did a test yesterday, and got to a little over 56 km/h for 35 minutes, so that's promising. He's also got his eyes set on Chris Boardman's 56.38 km with a nowadays not legal bike design.

56 kilometers, 792 meters :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

Goodbye Chris Boardman, goodbye Superman position, goodbye era of having a 'best human effort' and an 'official world record', it's now all and the same :bowdown:

One of the most epic moments in the past 20 years of cycling.
