It could be ruptured meniscus or torn ACL. Impact was harsh.

To be even harder,it happened after great race and 6th place.

He was stopped during his race because of Buzzi's injury behind the finish line. He has just went down the course once again and though he had to race almost two times today he still did pretty well.
