Eurosport Nordic has chosen not to buy tv-rights to any winter sport competition in Switzerland. I guess it's a question about money. 

At least German and Swedish television show every winter sport competition from Switzerland.

as @Dunadan wrote, only the use during (or immediately before) official races Oxygen inahalators are prohibited (and only by FIS), so don't expect WADA to do anything and expect FIS just gently slapping German asses for that race...
