Good for Grujic and Novakovic but they failed when it was most imporant 2 years ago. So, they lost chance for Olympic medal and probably no one of them will be in Tokyo.

Would like to see them in K4. With Holpert and say Boltic.

Erik Vlček just won his 16th medal from World Championships (10-3-3)

I´m still amazed by our Lucia Valová,

the youngest athlete here managed to reach the A-Final in C1-500, the first ever SVK women/girl which achieved such result.

Last year she won 3 medals last year at EYOF in Hungary, this year she won 2 medals at the Junior European Championships (Gold at C1-500) and now a very nice debut at Seniors World Championships,

 

pity the wind was too strong for her in her lane yesterday, so she finished 9th, but still huge result and finally a very promising athlete for our sport.
