His suitcase didn't arrive, and so he had no clothes. Luckily Ellen van Dijk is....big, and had an extra suit, so Van Emden rode today's time trial in the spare suit of the women's champion.

How do you plan to determine that? You can only find your limit by actually dying, maybe you could tell someone to stand nearby with a defibrillator ... ?

Good result for young Maximilian Schachmann, i know that the other guys werent elite, but i think the 2 guys ahead of him are top 10-15 in the world?

Campenaerts (on a good day) and Castroviejo are definitely among the 10 best time trial riders in the world, yes.

Record it with a video camera, go until I pass out, consider that close enough to dying, play back the video when I'm back among the living. Easy.

of course I was talking of the entire European Championships, all disciplines included (and I was writing when 2 Dutch Gold medal were coming almost at the same time -Van Dijk and Van Rouwendaal)...
