Not at all. Dressage uses the same system seen in archery and gymnastics, basically. And these are not individual events.

According to Instagram, Emilien Jacquelin is not following Chloe Chevalier anymore. Also no likes or photos of each others in ages. What do you think, have they splitted up? Could that be the reason of Emiliens mental problems 🥺

I am growing increasingly worried about the recent absence of Thomas Bach (Olympic Champion, Fencing, 1976). Where is he?  During the first few days of the Olympics he was, like Superman everywhere at once, but I haven’t seen him at all since this whole Russian skating moppet controversy started.  Is he trapped in a lift at the Beijing Mandarin Oriental?  Perhaps locked in the cabin of his private jet?  Off on a secret mission to broker peace between Moscow & Kiev?  An anxious world need to be reassured!

Btw Juraj Sanitra SVK coach of :UKR is finally released from quarantine (he was isolated 16 days after positive test in Beijing airport) and visibly super happy to be finally able to coach his athetes

      Weightlifting formula is more or less similar to 2020 which was considered terrible by everybody!    this is a tough sport, you can't be in your best shape for too many events. there will be risks of serious injuries this way. with these rules you need 5 good results to qualify. if you bomb out in an event to score a zero you are out of the Olympics unless you replace it with another event. which means most of these poor guys have to participate in 7-8 events (and not just 5) to make up for possible bomb outs.    most importantly if you get injured anytime during this period (almost 2 years) you are out of the Olympics! that's how Sohrab Moradi missed the Tokyo Olympics despite breaking the WR during the qualification period. you can miss the Olympics in 2028 if you get injured late 2026 !  Karlos Nasar couldn't win the Olympic title if we had these rules in 2024   I understand 2024 qualification formula wasn't great either, it had its own flaws but this one is much worse for threatening athletes' health.
