Spain could be out, if Croatia qualifies to 1/4 finals and Montenegro does not finish 9th here.

then European spots would go to MNE and SLO. Spain would be out.

But :MNE has to lost by 20 points to not me 9th

I dont see that happening

Yes very unlikely. Probably the 6th spot here at WCH will go to a team from Group 1: Montenegro, Croatia or Hungary

If Romania wins tomorrow by 4 goals against Poland they can still qualify for olympic qualification tournament if i am not wrong because Brasil finished on 3rd place in their group.

By how many points we need beat Romania to be in OQT?

Edit. Nevermind, we are out.

Romania needs a much bigger win (>20 goals) to reach the OQT. Only 1 third place team that's not Brazil will go to the OQT. The goal differential of Hungary and Montenegro are quite high while Croatia would have more points and thus will finish ahead of Romania no matter the goal difference.

Technically by 40+ goals

Romania still has a small chance.
if MNE draws or wins against Sweden, and Croatia -Hungary draw then Romania needs +10 against Poland to be 10th behind BRA and in front of CRO and SLO.

It sucks, anyway I never expected to see our girls in OQT, fingers crossed for another sci-fi chances in mens basketball and more possible rugby sevens.

We are in the OQT by some miracle, despite the fact that our team still sucks. I wouldn't be surprised at all if :JPN qualifies to Paris instead of us from that group.

OQT1 - :WHT  :HUN  :JPN  :CMR

OQT2 - :WHT  :WHT  :ESP  :ARG

OQT3 - :WHT  :WHT  :SLO  :PAR

    • I think I can live with the draw , not a bad group at all. just a week ago our mafia coach said his dream group is Belgium, Egypt and Haiti, he almost got that !   but it's really hard for me (and so many others) to cheer for this team, A mafia boss coach, disgusting group of players. I never had this feeling about any NT in any sport before but still the national team is the national team. you have to like it  coaches and players come and go, the team is what matters.   if the team makes it to the competition, I'm sure there will be lots of Iranians in the stadium despite the orange's ban, that will never be a problem.
    • Belgium is the luckiest in this story
