  1. For anyone interested with internal qualifying in M C1 here the standing, remember the worst result is scratched. The points for the last event
  2. SLOVAK ROAD TO TOKYO 2020 - SLOVENSKÁ CESTA DO TOKIA 2020 24th Qualified Athlete Monika ŠKÁCHOVÁ - CANOEING SLALOM (C1 W) Slovenský vodný slalom s kompletným počtom miesteniek Monika Škáchová si vybojovala miestenku do Tokia, no finále na ME jej tesne ušlo Monika Škáchová Slovensko napokon predsa len bude mať na olympijských hrách v japonskom Tokiu zastúpenie vo všetkých disciplínach a kvalifikovalo štyri lode v súťažiach vo vodnom slalome. Slovenská vodná slalomárka Monika Škáchová vybojovala miestenku na olympijské hry v Tokiu. V nedeľnom semifinále C1 na ME v Ivrei jej na to stačilo jedenáste miesto. Postup do finále jej ušiel o 0,91 sekundy. Druhá Slovenka Zuzana Paňková skončila na 19. priečke. Škáchová mala štyri trestné sekundy a hoci držala postupovú priečku až do poslednej chvíle, napokon jej tesne ušla.
  3. Not anymore. There were few of them in the past, but nowadays it is impossible to be equally competitive in both C and K. W C1 is still a terrible joke which does not belong to the Olympics. Removing a great discipline like the C2 to replace it by this nonsense was just shameful decision. And yes that stupid 1 boat per NOC rule is extremely bad and yes definitely winning the European Championships and World Championships is much much much more difficult than winning Olympic gold. This sadly apply for many other sports as well.
  4. M C1 Semifinals Official Results Here Going to be a super interesting M C1 Final. 2x vs 2x for the single quota Slafkovský who led the whole qualifying period, lost his ticket in our internal qualifier in the very last gate of the very last race, the guy who never qualified to the Olympics, always finishing 2nd behind Martikán 2004, 2008, 2012 and behind Beňuš 2016 will miss also Tokyo, a ticket whom he literally had in his hands. What a personal sporting tragedy. Poor Alex. So for our internal battle now in the final it is only between Beňuš and Martikán, Beňuš with bigger lead has everything in his own hands now. Benjamin Savšek won the quota after Božič failed to make the final

  11. Can you believe again 11th place for our W team and another missed final by 0.09 however just like yesterday Eliška Mintálová in W K1 which meant the triumph in our internal qualification, this time Monika Škáchová missed the final by unlucky 11th place but won the Olympic quota for and according to the internal rules before this tournament will fly also to Tokyo
