the remaining 3 Nations will play a Double-Round-Robin tournament, Each team play twice every opponent,
The first ranked Nation will qualify for the Men´s Division III Group A World Championships next year in 2023
The Nations ranked 2nd and 3rd are guaranteed to stay in this Men´s Division III Group B World Championships also for the next season
Hong Kong after its withdrawal will be ranked 4th and thus will be relegated to the next year 2023 Men´s Division IV World Championship
