  3. The very best and most successful season in (not only Alpine) Skiing of our history is over. Petra rewrited our sports history during this winter so many times, let make a quick recap, 14 World Cup races podiums this winter, including 5 wins. missing only 1 Slalom and 1 Parallel Slalom podium during the whole season. Beating the NR in Giant Slalom (previously 7th places) by 3 wins ! and one 3rd place in World Cup. 2nd place in the Overall Alpine Skiing World Cup final standing is something just unbelievable. + two 2nd places in WC final discipline standings (Slalom and Giant Slalom) and last but definitely not least. Historic 3 medals at the World Championships, including the very first historic World Champion title for a Slovak Alpine skier in Giant Slalom If Petra doesn´t win the Slovak athlete of the year this time, then I can not even imagine what successes other athlete(s) will reach this year to beat her

  10. woo-hoo what a night for Slovakia this was
  11. 95.05 % votes counted. Zuzana Čaputová destroying the field with incredible 40 % or if you want 796 227 votes !!! Absolutely insane, who would guess that a Female candidate, Liberal, environmental lawyer and activist, continuingly presenting for example among other themes also her ambitions for the recognition of LGBT adoption rights in a strongly catholic and consrvative country will destroy the field with such huge margin (any other politician never had such numbers in the past) and she won in all our districts !!! Very proud to be slovak tonight. so almost officially, the 2nd round will be on Saturday 30th. and the president will be one of Čaputová vs Šefčovič
  12. yeah, welcome aboard. 2 days ago I was first with 5 points addvantage, but totally failed in all 3 relays
  13. 40.06 % votes counted if it stands this way, we will have 2nd round between the top 2...since our constitution requires for the win already after 1st round the absolute majority at least 50 % of all eligible voters (yeah not only the peoples who actually voted) so really unlikely to reach that... however anyway the great news is that it will very likely be without that sick dickhead
  14. Let´s go for the first exit polls !
  15. Jozef Metelka won his 8th World title in Track Cycling Individual Pursuit today in Apeldoorn ! What a champion !
  16. World Cup Stage 20, Raw Air Stage 4 in Vikersund (NOR) Men´s Team Flying Hill: 1. Slovenia (Semenic/P. Prevc/D. Prevc/Zajc) 1632.9 2. Germany (Schmid/Freitag/Geiger/Eisenbichler) 1606.3 3. Austria (Hayboeck/Aschenwald/Huber/Kraft) 1562.8 Full Final Result HERE
  17. lol, first problems.in one village "Medzany" some guy entered the voting station and suddenly grabbed and stole the ballot box and began to run out with it. the alarmed Police have already caught him. The elections had to be stopped in that village for 1h and 16minutes. but because of this incident, the moratorium will have to last until 23:16. well, gonna be a long night, in hopes for a new and refreshed Slovakia. our potential president has just arrived to her headquarters
