  1. Pro win for a rider from Monaco, you don't see that everyday. https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/volta-a-portugal/2022/stage-8
  2. I'm watching it with my dad Or well, we have been watching but lately kind of forgot. Still have to finish the first season but we are definitely enjoying it
  3. I'll be damned, there are full livestreams available in the US? It works like a charm with my VPN, so thank you I'll check out for more tomorrow!
  4. In this particular accident? Probably nobody. In general? I'm still going to go with 'probably nobody', but I'd be quite a lot less certain about it.
  5. If anyone happens to see a replay for the men's boulder final at the European climbing championships, it'd be great if you can post it It was live on a dailymotion stream, but apparently those aren't available on-demand, so.....tough luck.
  6. @phelps Do you happen to know who is the TV director here, and whether or not they have ever been involved in broadcasting swimming in any form? They are missing so much with all kinds of weird angles and long underwater shots and it's swimming, of all things, it can barely get any easier to make sure the race is easy to follow.
  7. Cielo is gone from the record books! Popovici you legend!
  8. Although the average urban viewer won't have a clue whether or not a boulder is technically hard
  9. Not to spoil anything in terms of results, but it looks like the bouldering semi final (men) was rather...extreme, in terms of difficulty
  10. What's pyramid scheme Herbalife doing as sponsor here?
  11. To think Lettner actually was the best of these...
  12. Sensational time for Emma Hinze in the 500m time trial qualifiers at the European track cycling championships. Last time anyone posted a sub-33 in a WCh final was in 2016 (Voinova 32,9) and she just threw down a 32,732 seconds. Far ahead of the rest, obviously.
  13. Great to have the halo, it only took 12 minutes before De Vries was able to get out of his car since he had Buemi on top of him After quite some fun races this season, this particular one was....rather dull, to say the last. No need to go back to Seoul after tomorrow.
  14. There are new relay mates though, she was basically a whole different generation anyway
  15. Steenbergen finally with her real real breakthrough Years later than originally thought, but here it is
  16. The 10 meters they actually showed well in the 50 fly final were pretty close, fun race as always
  17. UCI has announced the World Cup calendar for next year (hence this thread instead of the 2022 thread), and I've rarely been so excited about a piece of MTB news The cross-country will start in.....Valkenburg We are going to book our hotel soon I think It's a bit of a consolation for losing Red Bull as main partner, let's hope it will at least be just as easy to watch everything as it has been for years thanks to Red Bull.
  18. If you want to mess with someone a bit, buy this one for them (it's a disassemble puzzle, so you have to take it apart): Huzzle Cast Chain, this one. Someone here has at least 5 hours spent into it these past days and it's still firmly together
  19. Any reason to interrupt some football match is usually a good one, so +1 for Slovak TV
  20. Well, sure did not see that coming
  21. Are the European championships shown anywhere else than Dailymotion? There is this live stream: Although I have no idea why it's not simply on YouTube, the Dailymotion stream can't be rewinded or anything, so you either watch live or you don't
  22. I'm happy because Nyls Korstanje has gone sub-23 in the 50m fly as first Dutch man ever
  23. Wish I could see it now, but at least I can in the finals sessions By the way, does anyone know what DNS-M means? Did Not Start...Maybe?
  24. Thanks. I've got the cycling covered: Eurosport Player has all of the track cycling (and surprisingly NOS might even have it on TV as well), so that'll be no problem. Which leaves especially the morning sessions in athletics, I think. And the swimming, although officially that's not part of Munich it is of course part of the next two weeks of sports Sports like climbing or canoeing are absolutely tiny here, so I don't think NOS has much of a reason to suddenly show their European championships, sadly.
  25. Is this 'alive' in your countries in terms of visibility? Dutch NOS sure has some articles about it on their website, but in terms of actually showing stuff, it seems like it'll stay with a few minutes in the daily sports news and probably a daily live stream on their website, which you can't watch on-demand (or even pause) and so you either watch it live, or you don't watch it at all. Mostly feels like NOS is kind of ignoring it, which makes me curious about other countries. Curious in the sense that hopefully there will be good options to see especially stuff like athletics, swimming, track cycling (and of course road, but we've got Belgian TV for that no doubt) and possibly rowing.
