Nope, definitely not. Tactics are incredibly important in a road race, it's considered a semi-team sport for a reason. The only problem is in the Olympics the teams are often too small to have decent tactics and riders don't always like working together because they're not teammates in their commercial/day-to-day teams.

If it were 20 targets at a time it would be possible (you could have a graphic comparable with the shooting bouts in biathlon), but I agree, 60 targets is just too much to keep track of in a broadcast. If the live score works, that's fine for me.
