  1. Here we *** go again. https://www.aiba.org/blog/aiba-statement-refusal-kosovos-delegation-entry-visa/ India hosting the 2021 men's world champs is being put under consideration.
  2. Wait, I thought that was last year and next year, but not this year?
  3. Europa Cup Innsbruck men's race 1: http://www.ibsf.org/en/component/events/event/500052 Good to see a young Korean there, even after Pyeongchang. And the women, with some serious talent and Fernstädt's debut for the Czech Republic: http://www.ibsf.org/en/component/events/event/500053
  4. Learoyd had some awesome results/jumps and some mediocre ones, but he's definitely a very good contender to become a steady World Cup jumper
  5. BDO player Michael Unterbuchner (very talented guy) is 4-1 up against the man in shape the past weeks, James Wade, in the Grand Slam of Darts.
  6. True if you look at the number of continents, for now. I know cutting sliding sports is way more realistic, cutting freestyle events would simply be my personal choice as I said
  7. Nordic events needs no extra venue though, considering both ski jumping and cross-country skiing are already there anyway. In fact, it'd be basically the most stupid choice ever if one has to cut one sport
  8. Guyana kinda feels out of place there, like you're going to a decent restaurant and they have three options: their specialty pasta with some kind of fancy sauce, an expensive piece of meat cut specifically to your wishes, or five French fries. Cool though
  9. Slidings sports, absolutely. I mean, I'd be awfully sad and if the choice was entirely mine, freestyle skiing and freestyle snowboarding would be gone in 2,5 seconds, but not having to build a huge and expensive sliding centre is gonna save so much in costs as long as those scientists didn't figure out the plastic and modular sliding track yet.
  10. No worries, deleting sports that have been on the Olympic program for basically as long as possible and aren't known for widespread corruption is always great, fuck history
  11. What should I try when I'm (probably) there in March?
  12. Oh that sounds great, because the tennis calendar is almost entirely empty
  13. If he works with all Brazilian athletes, someone is gonna have some explaining to do
  14. Dimi threw a nine darter last night at the GSoD, but his description....
  15. Nope, this is the first I ever heard of it
  16. That'd be so infinitely cool, home Olympics for all South Americans
  17. I'm making hutspot (potatoes, carrots and onions, it's terrible) as we speak.
  18. This is so delicious (not specifically the Fanta thing, but Guarana Antarctica) Fun fact: when I was visiting the Brazilian biathlon team in a tiny town in Germany, much to my surprise I found a bunch of cans of Guarana Antarctica for them in the local supermarket )
  19. Any idea where? Totallympics results page isn't existing and I'm not finding anything official. Also no Wikipedia page yet, so Wikibrackets=bestbrackets doesn't work yet.
  20. Can we stop declaring bids dead when they're factually speaking still alive? I think we have enough dying bids already
