    Just improved my distance record of 16km (two weeks ago) and ran 17,5km Under 1:44, so an average of a little over 10km/h which is my 'minimum' average for running. Especially when I'm going for a long run it makes it easy to keep track of whether or not I'm on schedule

    Studying for my Microsoft 70-347 exam of next week and I'm now at a video explaining stuff like setting spam filters in Office 365/Exchange Online. One can choose for example all messages in language X to be marked as spam, and the guy takes this as example...."and we'll say if it comes in from...Czechoslovakia"
