  1. Me too It turned out to be a major hit in the clubs here after the contest. I am wondering if it got its fame from TOISC
  2. Thanks to @dcro, @OlympicIRL and @Il_qar for the points. Greatly appreciated! I knew this power ballad would touch the souls of at least a few people.
  3. Many thanks for the points to @Janakis and @bestmen . I hope you both enjoyed the song.
  4. Now I have to go and buy a new vacuum cleaner... I will come back to the contest at a later stage. Good luck everyone.

  6. Bulgaria and Scotland are the two nations where bagpipes are the national instrument. We have frequent exchanges and competitions for having the better 'bagpipers'...
  7. BULGARIA LITHUANIA 11 COLOMBIA 10 CANADA 9 SERBIA 8 FRANCE 7 FINLAND 6 ROMANIA 5 BRAZIL 4 IRELAND 3 CZECH REPUBLIC 2 MOLDOVA 1
  8. BULGARIA Поздрави от земята на розите, гайдите и киселото мляко. България е въодушавена да открие гласуването на тазгодишния конкурс. Ето и нашите гласове. Greetings from the land of roses, bagpipes and yoghurt. Bulgaria is excited to open the voting for this year's contest. Here are our votes. COLOMBIA 10 CANADA 9 SERBIA 8 FRANCE 7 FINLAND 6 ROMANIA 5 BRAZIL 4 IRELAND 3 CZECH REPUBLIC 2 MOLDOVA 1
  9. Good morning guys. The first voting nation is online and ready for a 12:00 head start. A top half finish will make my day but let's see. The absolute best result would be points from various nations meaning the song touched the hearts of numerous people from around the world.
  10. @Werloc, when will the official schedule for the voting order be released? I am afraid that if it is too early in the morning I will have to either switch or you to submit the votes instead of me.
  11. BULGARIA Georgi Stanchev - Ti Uzhasno Zakusknia (You Were Terribly Late) 1990 https://www.facebook.com/Георги-Станчев-250921141703970/?ref=page_internal A knight in shining armor, is what you want me to be What's done is done, you say you're a different woman now But i can't fall asleep, right beside me are the days, when you fooled me. It's almost like i'm ready to forgive but an ache inside me doesn't let me rest even for a moment You ran away with my best friend With no shame And it's like you tore apart everything inside Choirs: How strange, how many bitter days, how much pain and suffering, you caused me I was ready and i wanted to forgive you But it's too late now, you are terribly late Choirs... You are too late, terribly late And i could've forgiven you You were so late Still I was ready to forgive you
  12. It's very curious how the competition is shaping up. There are songs from all kinds of genres and decades. We are up for a very exciting contest. Unfortunately, I still cannot decide on a song... so many choices just one spot.
  13. Fyi, I enjoyed so much your previous entry that I am still listening to it when in a low mood. I like so much the sounds in the Portuguese language...
  14. I think when the body of an athlete says 'no' then they should stop, not taking a pile of medicine to carry on. It is a moral rather than a legal issue. What example are these girls giving to youth - when you are sick you should drug yourself to win at all cost. To me this is no different compared to any legally caught cheater. No matter the tons of paperwork behind it.
  15. Finally... After the worst Olympics for Bulgaria in years a glimpse of light! Very low level competition but still congrats to Spain and Croatia
  16. I know, I know... I just can't get over it...
  17. Semenya and Wambui... athletics needs new rules to filter these out. Is this how IAAF wants athletics to develop? Also sick of Bahrain, Turkey, Spain and Italy teams.
  18. Silvia Dunekova (BUL, 3000m steeplechase) tested positive for EPO. She will not be allowed to compete in Rio Update: The banned substance is methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin beta (CERA), which is part of the growth hormones group.
  19. Kohei Uchimura and his Pokémon Go hobby http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/gaming/pokemon-go-rio-2016-data-phone-bill-japan-gymnast-kohei-uchimura-olympic-gaming-effort-a7167721.html
  20. Haha then one must yield a correlation between wealth (Mil $) and vulnerability to zika. There you go... a fresh Totallympics scientific fact.
  21. Golfers and tennis players seem to be most vulnerable to the virus. There must be some mutation of it that attacks people with specific skills
  22. The Bryan brothers are the next to withdraw from Rio because of Zika. http://www.eurosport.com/tennis/bryan-brother-pull-out-of-rio-olympics-over-zika-virus-concerns_sto5703120/story.shtml
