Carlin beat Matteo Bianchi in his 1/.8 final, while Turnbull beat Marc Jurczyk. Knight lost her bronze race, coming 2nd in 3:27.523. Carlin came through his quarterfinal against Sándor Szalontay, winning both heats, while Turnbull did the same against Mateusz Rudyk. Tanfield lost his bronze race in 4:15.303. Rowing: GB 4th in the Men's quadruple sculls final: 6:11.04. In the Women's Double Sculls it was 5th in 7:33.40. But it was GOLD in the Men's Eight in 5:49.67. Georgi won silver in the elimination race, while Britton, two laps down, came 12th in the points race. Artistic Gymnastics: Silver in the team final with 161.164.
