  1. Very, very good start for Usman Khan - a personal best in dressage. Meanwhile, I fear we might not get interim results from South America. But anyway, here is how it can play out... If Lobos wins his CCI4*-S event, then he is home free. There are only two entrants in this event. If Lobos finishes 2nd, then Zabala can overtake him, but only if he wins the CC4*-L event aboard Wundermaske. If Lobos enounters problems and does not score any points, then whoever wins the CCI4*-L events stands a chance to claim the Group E quota on tie-break.
  2. I don't get this multiplying thing. Your final score directly depends on what your opponents do. There should be some absolute scores, like there are in decathlon and eventing.
  3. I used to always promise myself at the beginning of the season that I will follow every single race. I never saw it through though. So for the good old times - Let's watch every race this season.
  4. Yeah, exactly for that reason I am against roller sports being included. However, considering that roller sports didn't make the cut even with this new extra sports rule, looks like there is nothing to worry about.
  5. Aaaand we are in Kuusamo. What are the odds of competition getting postponed due to wind?

  14. So I guess Copa Brasil is the first Olympic qualification event of this cycle with no results site whatsoever? Nice.
  15. I am not talking about USA being good or bad in sports. I am talking about Olympic athletes having unusual and unfavorable schedule due to requests from TV houses. Europe is responsible for that as much as USA.
  16. As much as I don't appreciate TV houses controlling the schedule, Europeans are controling the schedule just as much... Majority of Pyeongchang 2018 program was adapted to favor the European audience. Ski jumping, biathlon, cross-country skiing, speed skating, luge, nordic combined... They all had evening and even night sessions. Basically the only outdoor sport with morning sessions was alpine skiing.
