The final result was 5 golds, 4 silvers and 6 bronzes, totaling 15 medals, which basically matched my personal guess. The only difference was in short track speed skating and speed skating. I originally thought there would be 1 gold medal in short track, while it would be difficult to win a gold in speed skating. However, in the end, speed skating created a miracle in the men's 1500m, while short track had its worst performance in history. The performance of other events was in line with my personal expectations based on the competitive situation.
 
I am very disappointed with the performance of short track. Although the competition in short track is indeed very fierce, it is still somewhat unacceptable to have no gold medals. This is the first time in the 21st century that China has failed to win a gold medal in short track speed skating. After all, in previous Winter Olympics, short track speed skating has always been a major event for China to compete for gold medals. In the next four years, we must regroup and regain the strength to compete with the world's top short track nations.

Congratulations  on winning their first Gold medal of these games , always nice to see fellow asian countries winning medal at winter olympics  

Oh my god, it's been so tough. I've been in a low mood for about 10 days. Today is Su Yiming's birthday. Happy birthday to him—what an amazing birthday present!

Now remembering the great  Denis Ten, his legacy lives on.

Liu Jiayu has been taken to the hospital. After a preliminary examination and evaluation, the medical staff stated that Liu Jiayu may have a concussion, but her cervical spine is uninjured, and she is currently conscious.

Hi everyone, it's great to see you all . Curling and short track speed skating are my favorite sports to watch. Considering my time zone, I can watch at least two curling matches every day. As for short track speed skating, the constant overtaking and inherent drama make it an incredibly captivating spectacle.

Update: I mistranslated the sport. It should be "skeleton". Still I found that  didn't get the reallocation quota and it's  got it. So I am also confused. Media said  got the notification that it received reallocation skeleton man's quota on Jan 21st.

I wonder if you know the rule of curling. It's not cheating, it's accident. Chinese kicked it for sure, but Norwegian are not blind. they have the right to choose accept the present situation as it is or cancel this shot whichever they think benefit them. Apparently Norway noticed this kick and negociate with China with some short time, and they finally chose to accept the present situation as it favored them more rather than restitution.
