  1. I'm very late to this, but if I had to pick my top 10 for semi-final 1, it would be: Nearly the entire show was filmed like shit, but the way that Maro from Portugal set up her entrance and closing shots, were really the highlight of the evening.
  2. SERIOUSLY BRO, we fucked Mexico, they didn't deserve this Great Britain and Mexico were 12th and 13th in my scoreboard as well..............
  3. Interesting contest Firstly: congratulations to @Vektor for one of if not the most technically executed contests, it was super easy and entertaining to follow, very smooth grand final. Congratulations to Spain for their first ever win and to Ireland and Great Britain for their continuous success in these contests to land on a podium yet again. Congratulations to our team, we did it @Agger @Wumo @catgamer @Glen I think it's very fun to share this victory with you since our team is pretty much comprised of the OG's that have been with TISC since the very beginning As for Lithuania, well 14th place is not bad, sad we didn't hit the 100 points, many jurors liked the Lithuanian song, but nobody loved it. I thought that I wouldn't enter a Gebrasy song again, but it's nearly three years since I'm working with my new producer and best friend Faustas and I just wanted to showcase something from that part of my life, though the biggest pain was deciding between "Where'd You Wanna Go?" and "Into Your Arms", though I'll never find out which would've been a correct decision We'll continue to release new music and we're already working on a single for Summer, it's going to be in Lithuanian, I gladly invite you to follow our journey, but for TISC, I think I'll much rather prefer to highlight other artists in our music scene.
  4. Wow, first he loses a house, then his sleeping bag and now this happens
  5. I think it's time for me to retire, I'm getting old. For the first time in TISC history, I didn't have the winner anywhere close to the top 20 and before that, I think my worst ranked winner was like 14-15th Don't know how to feel in this new day & age
  6. Thank you @Agger and @Wumo for the lovely 7 points!!!
  7. I swear, the only ones capable to break this record is Lithuania themselves.
  8. Romania trying to resurrect the Lithuanian hopes Thank you @IoNuTzZ for the 8 points!!!
  9. Bold of you to assume that he has only a single house
  10. I enjoyed elements of your song this year, it dropped out 18th though, but with 39 songs and a tough competition it's not easy to get into those top 12's :/
  11. Wow. I'm on my TISC playlist and Azerbaijan was just playing and I was thinking about how I really missed their presence at TISC and then your message
  12. I'm one of those that rarely scores India, the last time it happened was the 2017 Open and I can recall two times I nearly scored India as well. My personal irk with most entries from India is the vocal style, not a fan of too much vibrato, but that's just me personally. I can tell you though that I always bother to LISTEN to every entry until I eventually cut them during the other five voting stages to get to my final twelve.
  13. Little did I know at the time, that all of them would fall under impossible
  14. Hang in there, it's just @dcro trying to destroy our hopes and dreams tonight We'll grow from this and comeback stronger in Autumn.
  15. We're not allowed to get medals in this edition, so I'll join Mexico with a friendly not Lithuania
  16. The heat is getting higher, I feel that the Lithuanian dreams are on fire
  17. Likely points for Lithuania: France, Denmark Fairly possible points for Lithuania: Great Britain, Czech Republic, Moldova Slightly possible points for Lithuania: Ukraine, Turkey, Romania, Israel Impossible: Slovakia Let's see how f-ing wrong I'm going to be at the end of this.
  18. I'm banking on 5 juries giving Lithuania points at best. But will it be the 30 that I need? We'll soon find out
  19. If only, but here in Lithuania we can only dream to land on international radio. If you have good managers and loads of money, you can buy yourself onto European radios, but I've never heard of a single Lithuanian that landed on a USA radio with the exception of perhaps Dynoro "In My Mind", but EDM music is playing by different rules compared to every other genre of music and have a totally different support system for "blowing up".
  20. As a long time TISC participant and observer, I'd say Great Britain, Ireland and Canada have the best shot to turn this around, unless they cancel out each other by having the same target audience and then Spain secures it.
  21. Wow, I remember when we first started the team challenges, Lithuania had a lot of great results. But then, the fire nation attacked and we had many miserable team performances after that. It's a nice feeling to secure a medal after a long drought.
