    No it got scrapped earlier this year. Still the old traditional Six Days as well. Gent Six Day is next month.

    Now we get three weeks of frustration until the Levi Slaloms & the Scandi biathlon pre-seasons.

    Women's keirin the only sprint event did not win.

    also having a very good Champs. Used to be that the keirin was their only event & even then they struggled with the different rules.

    Yeah you can start the kids on the old concrete tracks, but for World class athletes you need a World Class track for sure.

    stole that points race like it was an exhibit in the Louvre.

    Not a chance. Not even a criterium. Theo Vos was the only guy who could do it, probably ever. The French had a sprint World Champ, Gregory Bauge, who could not even ride 200m.

    Italians used to be the masters of sprint tactics, but since they took the 25-minute track stands out of it, they have struggled.

    Just look at women's magazines - fashion, diets, makeup, interior design, gossip but never any articles about sport.

    Well, three more than most countries! But how many start off as teenagers then switch at U-23 or so? Rather more, I think?

    They have a big slice of luck in that cycling & speed skating are the two most compatible winter & summer sports so they can switch talent between the two.

    Women' Omnium Stadium.is at about 2000m of altitude, so naturally has the advantage of the conditions. And Women's Match Sprint
