I'm new to the wrestling world, but I was pleased to see that the US made it to a couple of other GMM today. 74kg - David Carr in repechage 79kg - Levi Haines in GMM 92kg - Trent Hidlay in GMM We'll see how these shake out later! I haven't followed the sport enough to know if US is traditionally good at wrestling or not, but hopefully we'll do well!

  9. Finally got to watch the end of the session, as I was at church during the 10k and the 100m races. Definitely not your usual podium for the 10k! And happy for my native South Carolinian for the Women's 100m Gold, and I know the Jamaicans are happy for their 1-2 finish in the men's side. (I wonder if Lyles and Bednarek still have beef with each other...Lyles still ahead of him.) 20 Federations with medals, including 6 Spanish-speaking ones! (I'm a Spanish teacher, so love seeing them succeed, too.)
