    Take this with a grain of salt (the person I was speaking with was interesting to say the least), but those 4 countries received at least one wildcard and Talisca Reis DID NOT. -58 kg - 68 kg - 80 kg -+80 kg received women's wildcards. Person also said got a spot, so we are at 10. who knows at this point ---- Final karate qualifier is tomorrow.

This means the slot allocated to the WR has been moved to this tournament. It also means the USA cannot qualify.
