phelps 6,862 Posted May 28, 2019 Author #8 Share Posted May 28, 2019 8 hours ago, intoronto said: This tournament is happening in a hotel.. idk whether to laugh or not it's quite normal for tournaments held outside Europe... also the Chicago Sabre World Cup last year and the Utah tournament this year, the already mentioned above Anaheim Foil GP, the Tunis women's Sabre World Cup, the Warsaw men's Sabre World Cup...all of them have been held in the exhibition hall of a hotel... unless you go to the 4/5 places where Fencing is a bit more popular (FRA/ITA/RUS/HUN...and I wouldn't add KOR because they never attend in big numbers to their own Sabre GP event), there's no need for (relitively) big arenas...
