There's only Cavendish that can sprint. So DQT won't get any help at all

Until Movistar or Total Direct do something silly again

Think that’s right: apart from the 4-5 GC teams, the rest now see getting their best rouleur into the break as their best chance if a win.

Nice win for Politt, after 5305 attacks which basically had no chance in the past years, he finally got his second pro win and first real big one :cheer:

Looks like we are heading for a sprint today, only three in the break & not being given a silly time gap.  No sign of any dangerous winds.

Roger Kluge is out after a crash with quite a lot of riders involved. SKA, among others, fell down over the edge, although it seems that everyone either didn't fall far or was able to climb back (with injuries here and there, Simon Yates seems to be a victim of always being in the back of the peloton today...)

    • That was known from the start for  and will be planned for.   Sadly just the reality of sports in North America. Canada and the US are both huge, a flight from Vancouver to Halifax or from Seattle to Miami is north of five hours. Every sports league in North America has to deal with this kind of travel logistics on the regular, so none of this will seem particularly unusual to a North American player.
    • That’s not a long distance, it’s barely a 2h flight and there is no difference in timezone. Easily doable for fans as well.
