Boy van Poppel waited for teammate Mads Pedersen early in the time trial, who then spent a bit of time in Van Poppel's wheel to save some energy/take advantage 

 

That should either be a time penalty or a DQ. 

 

Edit: More like stayering behind the car. This is so incredibly dumb...did he think he wouldn't have cameras with him while being one of the early favourites?
