Like always, we need 10 shots to score a goal and the opponent just 1 or 2. Unbearable.

 

And the coach takes an eternity to realize who are his best players. It took him an year to realize Martínez was the best argentinian GK and now it will take him another year to realize who are the best CBs. Hopefully he will be fired by then.

@LDOG I believe Scaloni will continue like coach to Qatar, nobody expect nothing for him, so if he has an achievement: "see, you dont trust in the poor Scaloni", if he doesnt  "well, did you expected something from him? ", the AFA Strategy (if it exist) is something like that and if they want to interfere in the team, who is Scaloni to say something?

I think we played our best possible XI today (finally) so it's normal to win. Well, Otamendi could be benched and that would be better but he played ok today so no complaints.

      Yep, I actually think this Schwaller team is only just getting better every single year, and there’s not many viable options at third and fourth in the Swiss women’s curling scene, there’s only some good but not great players.   If Paetz and Tirinzoni both retire before the next quadrennial (likely for Tirinzoni, she said at the end of last year that the recent GSOC event would be her last) then Berset-Witschonke-Howald-Hurlimann is the best you can do and I don’t think the firepower is there. If Paetz keeps going, and it’s Witschoke-Howald-Hurlimann-Paetz then it’ll be interesting, but it’s also hard to predict.

      The Canucks have started their tank this season and now we’re awful, so I’ll only be watching when the playoffs start  at least we get a guaranteed top 3 pick, but even that probably won’t go our way.   Fencing WC’s are interesting yep, if I can find a stream and if our top fencers are competing or make it to the R16 or further.    Speaking of basketball, I forgot about NBA
