Luxembourg is actually better than several nations around them, but their main guys are too focused on the big races instead of the races where lesser nations easily score points with cyclists who are a few levels behind Jungels, Drucker and Gastauer.

Iran qualified in men's time trial instead of Luxembourg. Rest is okay, I think.

So... This Individual Top 100 rule is not aging well... At all. :d So much so that in 2020 only 6 nations will have more than 2 cyclists. :wacko:

67 is just not enough for an Olympic road race, should be 100 athletes minimum. Would be ideal if both road races had 150 starters or something along those lines.
