Trust me, there's not a single doubt about that  

 

1. It's in the Netherlands

2. It's outdoors

 

The last championships there, Dutch allround + sprint in 2014, already had quite a decent atmosphere. This is not fantastic, but since it's just an early random pair, it already gives a bit of an idea how it gets when it's something big
