I'm afraid the Moldovan 12 and 11 points have been the same for the last 3-4 contests at least.

No surprise on the top of Moldovian votes. At the end of the first session only  remain without points. We will back after coffee break in half hour!

As a TISC host, receiving scores from Moldova is a... curious experience. Let's just leave it at that.
