Babuta has overtaken Deepak in ranking and Tomar isn’t far behind.

But, we can either exchange in Men or Women, not both. It all depends on who is selected in 10m events. If Anjum is selected in 10m event (most likely case at present), Chinki’s quota will be swapped for a Shotgun quota. If Anjum is not selected in 10m, Chinki’s quota will be swapped for Anjum in 50x3. If Tomar is selected in 10m (unlikely), a Rifle quota will be swapped either in Trap or in 25m Pistol, if Anish/others fail to get the quota. But, in that case we will simply return Chinki’s quota. anuj
Dolby 712 Posted March 21, 2021 #10466 Share Posted March 21, 2021 One small advice to all of you: Be extremely wary of anyone improving their PB by a big margin out of the blue just before Olympics. They are not likely to be near their previous PB as well in Olympics. Murali and Avinash don’t come in this category as their progression is gradual and not exponential. Yeah like kamalpreet just 1 throw 65 she may not do 62m for months... Some more will come suddenly and we say olympic gold medal favorite then they finish at like 30th position in qualifiers
Sanjib 17 Posted March 21, 2021 #10468 Share Posted March 21, 2021 Champion athletes have given PBs in the biggest arenas, world championships and Olympics, so while their performances don't guarantee a similar repeat at all, there are chances that some would even better their PB in the big stage, ex PT Usha, Lalita Babar, Hima Das, Neeraj in Junior World championships etc
