I mean, how is the average 14 (!) year old kid going to know all the financial, economical and social implications of all kinds of measures and laws and whatnot? Wait, what? Those sites all have a check saying "Are you 18 years or older? Yes/no" (I think, never been there obviously), so if they choose 'No', they won't see anything.
